LGB2NETWORK was founded by Heber Siqueiros, an arts professional, after he moved to Long Beach from Miami. He was looking for a like-minded group of young professionals such himself with whom he could socialize and network. Later, Heber teamed up with Steve Sheldon, who shared a vision and passion for helping to connect and engage members of the gay community. The two were later joined by local promoter and LGBT advocate, Josh Yeagley, and together their efforts have helped to establish the young organization as one of the premiere social networking groups in and around Long Beach.
LGB2NETWORK is both a hip, urban way to refer to Long Beach (its airport code) as well as reflecting the groups makeup. Its members are primarily gay lesbian and bisexual professionals from throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Ages 25 and older. All gay and gay-friendly professionals are welcome to join.
LGB2NETWORK is a community organization that seeks to connect young gay, lesbian and bisexual professionals within the Long Beach community and beyond. Our mission is to promote arts and culture, support our local businesses and provide a creative and social environment where our members and guests are encouraged to network with other like-minded professionals.
LGB2NETWORK meets every third Thursday evening of the month from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at a different location. A special guest is always in the mix. Experience beautiful Long Beach with great food and drink and good company.
